Copycat Zuppa Toscanna Soup

This is one of my mom’s favorite soups.  Mine too.  I came across this recipe for Christine from Christine Is Cooking.  It was amazing.

I used the crockpot recipe (she gives both crockpot and stove top versions).  I also used ground sausage instead of links, and did without the cream since my infant is dairy sensitive.  It turned out great and tastes just like what you get at the Olive Garden.  I will definitely be making this one again.
